Demands to the Legislature

As an independent group of Citizens, we have made a petition to the Minnesota Legislature. Representative Dan Severson is supporting our petition and has drafted a bill.

The bill seeks:

1) A resolution that our Constitution is the supreme law.

2) Repeal of the law (statutes) that gives the Judicial Branch the power to ignore the legislated law and gives the Judicial Branch the power to create "new law".

3) Amendment of the statutes concerning the Judicial Board of Review, so that the Board is controlled by the Legislature (instead of the Supreme Court) and the members of the Board are Citizens and members of the Legislature.
